The idea behind Flynter was to offer travelers a new way to organise their trip. Once the users chooses a city he wants to visit, he can browse through events that are going to happen in the near future and plan his visit around them. Events cover everything from concerts, plays, expos to fashion shows and culinary events. Once events are shortlisted, you can find a place to stay in the city, close to the events you're planning to attend. Flynter will book everything: the place to stay, the tickets to the events you selected and even the transportation.
Accommodations are listed by users and focus mostly on apartments and boutique hotels; beside the mainstream events listed by Flynter, users can list their events too. Flynter offers its travelers the chance to rent a bike, and very soon the possibility of renting a car or buying public transport directly from the site.
Design wise, Flynter focuses on the traveler's experience, providing nice large images to present the destination to the user and convince him to follow through with his visit. In the accommodation search, a big large map allows the user to pick the place with the perfect positioning for him. The whole website has a responsive design to maximise user experience regardless of his device.
